Ease of Use
Using the P327 is quite easy. The battery can be easily clipped and locked at the back of the tool. There are 2 adjustment knobs – tension and weld time. Turn the tension knob clockwise for increasing the tensioning. Check the rear guide pin to determine the size of the strap to be used. The strap can be applied by feeding it over, then down the rear and then under, taking it to the starting point.
The tool can be lifted and slid into position. Make sure that the rear guide pin falls into place before using. The tensioning can be controlled using the first button. The tension adjustment allows determining the tensioning force. The second level allows controlling the seal. Operator has to ensure that the lever remains in the down position to be locked.
Removing the FROMM P327 is quite easy too. It has green lights, and when they turn on operator can easily and safely remove the tool from the strapping.
